Therefore our trainings always consist of two parts: transformation of leaders and training of leaders. Leaders are humans who are also on their journey of healing, but often don\u2019t find a safe space for their process. Therefore, we intentionally create room for both. In turn, God refines them more into who He always wanted them to be and the role they were to play in His Kingdom. \u201c29:11 Refine\u201d equips leaders who are refined by God and brought to a place where He can use them to heal the brokenness of this generation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Spring\u201d – leaders\u2019 training<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYou can only take people where you\u2019ve been before.”<\/strong> – This is how we start our training. Therefore, for the first two days, we focus on our own journey. We invite each leader to come to the Father as she is and allow Him to lead her further into emotional freedom.<\/p>\n

The last two days are devoted to equipping, so people can become better prepared to lead others through their areas of wounds.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

This training focuses on the heart and its needs for love, pleasure, identity, and place. We all have father’s wounds because our earthly fathers cannot meet all our needs in each of these areas. Every wound is filled by Satan with his poisons that destroy our heart (lack of forgiveness, lies, sin, idols, etc.). Freedom comes from steps of repentance and faith.<\/p>\n

As a result, participation in the “Daughter’s Heart” training will be led by Jesus and the Holy Spirit into a deeper intimacy with the Father in heaven. If, as leaders, we don’t know how to connect with the Trinity in the places of wounds, we will not be able to take others there.<\/p>\n

God awaits for His Church to know Him in such a way that they can lead others through their walls of pain. Pain no longer has to be a blockage in the discipleship process, but can be the source of an intimate encounter with God who heals those who are broken and leads them to life in abundance in places that once were destroyed and robbed by the enemy (John 10:10).
